I’m Caroline Hilty, a portrait and wedding photographer passionate about capturing authentic moments in beautiful light
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my husband and our sweet Australian Shepherd, Roxy. We love anything that involves fresh air and a little adventure - hiking new trails, cruising around on our bikes, or taking evening walks that somehow always end near water.
I’ve always been a nature person at heart. Give me a beach stroll, a mountain view, or a cozy night by the fire pit and I’m completely happy. We’re also big fans of slow, simple weekends - farmers markets, discovering new coffee shops, wandering local boutiques, or catching live music on a warm evening. And yes… I will never turn down a good glass of wine!
Family is a big part of my world, too. Even without kids of our own, our home is often the gathering place, and I genuinely love creating spaces where people feel welcomed and cared for. Our multi-generational family keeps life fun and full, and we always look forward to trips out west to visit my dad and explore somewhere new.

At the end of the day, photography is about people and connection.
I know how meaningful these moments are - and how quickly they pass. My hope is that when you look back at your images years from now, you don’t just see how everything looked… you remember exactly how it felt.

While my work now brings me frequently to Florida’s northeast coast, Hilton Head will always hold a special place in my story — it’s where my business first grew and where my husband and I were married. Ohio also remains home for part of the year, and I love the connections that come from serving families in both regions.
